Stephe brings with him a wealth of experience in publicly listed companies, particularly those in a high growth phase. That experience was built on his previous commercial roles at senior executive level in the telecommunications sector, together with an extensive professional background as a company lawyer and corporate adviser. Stephe is a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Scott Stavretis - Chief Executive Officer
Scott has played a pivotal role in Dodo's phenomenal growth into Australia's largest private telecommunications group. He was also responsible for forming related entities including Dodo Power & Gas and ClubTelco.
Craig Farrow - Non Executive Director
Craig holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Adelaide together with a Diploma of Financial Services and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Managing Partner of Brentnalls SA, Chartered Accountants and former National Chairman of the Brentnalls National Affiliation of Accounting firms.
Craig is Chairman of AIRR Holdings Limited and Tonkin Consulting Engineers. In addition, Craig is a director or board adviser to several consulting and trading enterprises. Craig is the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, a role he assumed in January 2012. Formerly National Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountant's Public Practice Advisory Committee, Craig is also highly awarded, including being a Fellow of the Governor's Leadership Foundation and receiving the Institute of Chartered Accountants 1999 National President's Award for services to the Institute and the profession.
Craig is the Chairman of M2 and has also served as a Non Executive Director since its inception.
Vaughan Bowen - Non Executive Director
Vaughan co-founded M2 in late 1999. He was appointed managing director following incorporation, and has successfully steered M2 from a start-up technology enterprise to its current position as a fast-growing and profitable national telecommunications company. Vaughan transitioned from the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer role into the role of Executive Director on 28th October 2011.
Vaughan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (UNSW), is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, was named as a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Southern Region in 2004 and 2009 and in 2012 was awarded ACOMMS Communications Ambassador.
Over nearly 12 years of leading M2, Vaughan's innovative approach to branding, sales, alliance marketing and his proven ability to successfully execute complementary acquisitions has provided M2 with a considerable competitive advantage and a respected position in the telecommunications industry. As Executive Director of M2, Vaughan’s focus is on strategic acquisition opportunities, whilst remaining involved with the management of supplier and market relationships.
John Allerton - Chief Financial Officer
John has more than 25 years experience as a corporate finance professional both as a Partner of Ernst & Young and KPMG, as well as in various senior executive roles at major Australian listed companies.
John previously headed up Ernst & Young's Mergers and Acquisitions, bringing a wealth of experience of leading transactions, both in professional practice and in a corporate environment
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, John was Managing Director Corporate Strategy and Pricing at Telstra where, in addition to Mergers and Acquisitions, he was responsible for managing Strategic Pricing and setting Corporate Strategy for the Group.
John has more than 20 years' Professional and Industry Taxation experience and was Tax Director at various public companies including National Australia Bank and Optus.
John Horan - General Counsel / Company Secretary
John commenced with the Eftel Group in August 2012. Prior to joining the Eftel Group John spent 5 years with a major national telecommunications company, where as General Counsel he was responsible for the legal, regulatory and company secretarial functions. John has also worked with one of Australia's leading law firms, and also the ACCC, where he advised on regulatory, mergers and trade practices enforcement areas.
