Eftel Wholesale are focused on making sure our customers have simple and effective tools available to ensure running your business is easy. We have a self-management facility referred to as the “Portal” that will allow you to manage your existing services, order new services and obtain information about your account.
There are also a number of Application Programming Interfaces (API’s) available to help you to streamline your processes and automate qualification, ordering and fault management.
With the recent acquisition of Platform Networks, Eftel are currently redeveloping our “Portal Interface” to accommodate our new Wholesale customers and improve on their existing experience, in the interim there are two self-management Portals. We look forward to its launch and providing new and improved functionality to all our Wholesale customers.
