ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS services

NewConnection

Allows the creation of a new ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS connection, where the customer does not have existing DSL.

ChurnConnection

Allows the churning of an existing DSL service to ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS.

WithdrawDSL1Order

Allows withdrawing of an order, as long as the order is not too far progressed.

ChangeDSL1Service

Allows the connection to be changed to a different service/plan.

RemoveDSL1Connection

Disconnect the ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS connection supplying the phone number.

RemoveDSL1ConnectionContractId

Disconnect the ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS connection supplying an Eftel contract ID.

RemoveDSL1ConnectionWithReference

Disconnect the ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS connection supplying the phone number, and also allow a reference to be supplied for later tracking.

GetAdslConfigList

Get a list of how all your ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS services are configured.

GetAdslContractId

Convert a phone number to a contract ID.

GetAdslProvider

Get the upstream provider a particular ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS service is connected to on the Eftel system.

IsPhoneNumberConnectedToDSL1Exchange

Simple check to see if the phone number is on an ADSL1 enabled exchange.

Optus ULL services

NewOptusConnection

Order an Optus ULL service, which can either be a port or a churn in. New connections where a phone line does not exist are not currently supported by the B2B.

ChangeOptusDSL2Service

Allows the connection to be changed to a different service/plan.

ModifyOptusConnection

Directly modify Optus service features. Most uses for this service can be achieved by adding and removing addons. This service is more for advanced users.

IsPhoneNumberConnectedToDSL2Exchange

Check if the phone number is connected to an Optus ULL ADSL2+ enabled exchange.

Telephony services

NewFSConnection

Order a churn of an existing phone service. New phone service orders are currently not possible via the B2B.

Mobile Broadband services

NewMBBConnection

Order a new Optus Mobile Broadband service. The ordering process will cause a SIM to be mailed to the end user.

ActivateMBBService

Activate an MBB service once the SIM has been delivered. This service commences
billing on successful activation.

NewMBBDataBlocks

Add extra data blocks to an MBB service.

Service qualification services

GetExchangeDetails

Get description of the exchange a phone number is on plus whether it supports ADSL/ULL/MSAN.

GetMSANPhoneNumberRanges

Get a full list of phone number ranges that are MSAN capable.

GetMultipleSq

Simple phone number check that checks MSAN/ULL/ADSL is available in the exchange.

ListMsanExchanges

Get a list of exchange codes for the exchanges that support MSAN services.

Provisioning update services

ProvEventFormatted

Provide a date range and receive provisioning updates for all types of services that occurred between the dates.

ProvEventFormattedContract

Get full provisioning history for a particular connection based on the contract ID.

ProvEventFormattedTask

Get provisioning events associated with a particular provisioning task ID (the task ID is returned when an ADSL/ADSL2+/SSS order is placed).

Data and call usage services

XML usage feed

Get phone calls and data usage for a particular date range. Can either be for all
services or limited to a particular specified connection.

Services that work with any connection type

NewAddon

Add an addon available to the service such as a static IP or voice mail.

RemoveAddon

Remove an addon that was previously added.

GetAddons

Get a list of addons currently enabled for a particular connection.

GetShapingInformation

Get the current shaping definition for a service.

SetShapingInformation

If a service has customizable shaping for data, this service allows you to change the shaping definitions.

Transaction services

GetTransactions

Get a list of transactions (charges and credits) associated with a  particular
contract ID, for a specified date range.

GetTransactionsAll

Get a list of transactions (charges and credits) for a specified date range.

GetIncorrectCallTransactions

Get all incorrect callout transactions incurred by your services. These are supplier
charges applied when a callout turns out to be a simple customer issue and not
an actual fault.
